The DCMT BVM Ventilation Standard test. Filmed by the administration to standardize how the skill should be performed and tested. (One person and two person BVM use)

This apears to be an Army test conducted in Texas, however, the video is structured to the use of EMT-B students and the person hosting the video is an EMT-B instructor.
